“I love FIT and my classes, I love the friends I've made, and I love how much I have grown since living in Manhattan. You definitely step back and realize how much there is out there, and you realize that you have to do everything you can to seize every opportunity this great city has to offer. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I do love being home, but NYC has a way to revitalize me and make me work to my fullest potential. NYC is one of the most competitive places, and FIT is helping me have an edge in the field I wish to conquer.”
“Compared to other schools, students at FIT generally don't take classes too seriously, which is sometimes a good thing and sometimes bad. Many students work full-time in addition to going to class full-time, so it makes sense that not everyone has school as their top priority. And in many ways, that can be a good influence, as it reminds me that one of the biggest advantages of going to school in New York City is the chance to get professional experience before graduation. ”
