What are good sources of vitamins?
Humans require 13 vitamins: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, thiamin (B1 , riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pyroxidine (B6), B12, pantothenic acid (B5), biotin, and folacin. The fat-soluble (dissolve in fat) vitamins (A, D, E, and K) are stored in the body for relatively long periods. The water-soluble vitamins (B vitamins and vitamin C) need to be replenished frequently because they are stored in various tissues and remain for only a short time.
