How does the language in act 3, scene 3 of The Tempest suggest the darker side of Prospero's magic?

Prospero's quest for revenge is illustrated in the"solemn and strange music" that accompanies Prospero as he enters Act III. Prospero's lines in that act are minimal, he is merely watching as his "harpy" carries on.
