The latest edition (2003) of MLA doesn't have an exact example of citing a full-text printable work, but you can safely use one of the formats presented below.

If the work is a full-text book found online, follow this:

Nesbit, E[dith]. Ballads and Lyrics of Socialism. London, 1908. Victorian Women Writers Project.
Ed. Perry Willett. May 2000. Indiana U. 26 June
    2002 <http://www.indiana.edu/~letrs/vwwp/
    nesbit/ballsoc.html>.

If the work is a full-text poem or short story found online, follow this:

Nesbit, E[dith]. "Marching Song." Ballads and Lyrics
    of Socialism
    . London, 1908. Victorian Women
    Writers Project
. Ed. Perry Willett. May 2000.
    Indiana U. 26 June 2002 <http://
    www.indiana.edu/~letrs/vwwp/nesbit/
    ballsoc.html#p9>.
